Vendor Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales vendor relationships, ensuring smooth operations and achieving campaign targets. You will play a critical role in sourcing, onboarding, and providing ongoing support to sales vendors, as well as maintaining effective communication between clients and vendors.

Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate potential sales vendors based on campaign requirements and targets

- Conduct thorough vendor screenings, including background checks and reference verifications

- Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards

- Collaborate with internal teams to define vendor requirements, campaign objectives, and performance metrics

- Develop and implement vendor onboarding processes, including training and orientation sessions

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to vendors, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise

- Monitor vendor performance against campaign targets and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations

- Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients and sales vendors, ensuring timely and accurate information flow

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize vendor performance, resolve operational challenges, and implement process improvements

- Track and maintain vendor-related documentation, contracts, and records

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

- Proven experience in vendor management, sales support, or a similar role

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work

- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions

- Proficient in using vendor management software and tools

- Familiarity with sales and marketing processes and metrics

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in vendor management
