Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Small Business Fiber Expansion Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Small Business Fiber Expansion Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth by educating and enrolling commercial customers for our client's expanding fiber network. This position requires exceptional sales and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize sales rabbit and other lead generation tools to identify and target potential small business customers in the designated area.

- Engage with commercial customers to educate them about Frontier's fiber network expansion, new plans, pricing, and the benefits of switching to Frontier.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Frontier product offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.

- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and negotiations with small business owners to secure new enrollments and contracts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of any issues.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to effectively position Frontier's fiber network and services.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Qualifications:

- Previous sales experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in fiber network sales or related fields.

- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of small business sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate with customers.

- Familiarity with sales and CRM tools, such as Sales Rabbit, to manage leads and track sales progress.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome customer objections.

- Knowledge of fiber network technology and its advantages in serving small businesses is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
